If you change your mind with your purchase then please message and return to us within 14 days detailing reason for return. Once your goods have arrived and are accepted back into stock the exchange or refund will be processed. We do not provide a free returns service, it will be up to you to arrange the postal service in which the goods to be returned will get back to us and also your responsibility to pay the return delivery costs. Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a dispatch certificate or document and a delivery receipt. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from us. We will either exchange or refund the purchase price (COST OF THE ITEMS ONLY LESS THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE COSTS TO YOURSELVES) by the payment method used for your original purchase, providing the returned item is in first class condition and unused. If returning due to changing your mind for a refund less the original P&P costs then please message to say you are happy for this to happen stating the amount to be refunded
Postage for returning items will only be refunded if the goods were faulty or damaged on receipt.
